A Little Bit About Me – Tom Quirk
Losing weight was not the hardest thing I ever had to confront but it was probably the longest battle I ever had to face. From the time I was eleven until age 65 I was always having weight issues. In May 2017 I faced up to my situation and started to reduce my weight. I gained better eating habits and became aware of exactly how being overweight affected every facet of my life.
I can’t promise you that if you replicate the measures I took to reduce my weight and become more healthy, that you will meet with the same results.
But I would be surprised if SOME of the measures did not provide a bit of benefit.
I basically postulate that we, as a society eat food for the wrong reasons.
I “re-wired” or “re-booted” my body and now I can honestly say that I feel better than any time since I left college and that is 45 years ago.
I want to be clear that by many of the standard measurements for a man of my age and height, I am still overweight.
I don’t care!
I feel great and that is all I care about.
The purpose of the guide and this blog is to let other’s who have weight issues that it does not have to be hard to lose weight and keep it off.
And I wanted to do it at a reasonable price that everyone could afford.
That is why the Guide cost $10.00 and the blog can be read for free.
If you can’t invest that small amount in yourself then I understand.
Most people don’t have to lose 125 pounds in order to be healthy. I did and it was one of the most important decisions of my life. I was telling someone the other day if I was offered a million dollars but in order to collect the money I would have to instantaneously go back to my weight on May 17, 2017 when I weighed 337 pounds or, I could keep today’s weight of 210 but get no money, I would not think twice, I would stay at 210 pounds.
I am going to write for the blog 3-5 times a week, with a different topic each posting.
Plus you will be able to follow me on Twitter as well.
My journey to have healthy eating habits and stay physically fit continues.
I hope you will join me.
